The control and management of the San Diego Golf Course Superintendents Association and its affairs and property is entrusted to the Board of Directors, consisting of its officers and directors at large. All officers and a majority of the entire Board of Directors shall be GCSAA Class A or Superintendent Members. The Board of Directors have been elected by the members of the SDGCSA
